Auction Of Hospital Canteen And Parking Stand Contract Tender Notice

Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Shahkot invites sealed tenders for the auction of the hospital canteen and parking stand contracts for the financial year 2026-27. Tender documents can be obtained during office hours from the date of publication on payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 1,000. Separate bid security of PKR 200,000 in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favour of the Medical Superintendent is mandatory for each contract. The contract period shall commence from the issuance of the Award Letter and remain valid up to 30 June 2027. Only active income tax filers are eligible to participate. The competent authority reserves the right to reject or cancel any tender by assigning reasons. Canteen auction will be held on 18 July 2026 at 12:00 PM, while Parking Stand auction will be held on 18 July 2026 at 01:00 PM in the office of the Medical Superintendent.
