Hospital Supplies Support Services Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for the financial year 2026-27 includes bedding and clothing, dressings, cotton, spirit, laboratory chemicals, consumables, reagents, laboratory kits, oxygen gas cylinder refilling, X-ray films of different sizes, other essential medical supplies, dental instruments, dental items, dental materials, stationery, printing material, tyres, vehicle repair and transportation of goods. Procurement shall be conducted through the EPADS system. Suppliers and firms registered with KPPRA are eligible to participate. Electronic quotations shall be submitted through EPADS. Bid security shall be submitted according to the respective lot including Rs.20,000 for bedding and clothing, dental items, X-ray films, oxygen gas cylinder refilling, stationery and printing material, and transportation of goods, Rs.40,000 for laboratory chemicals, consumables, reagents and kits, and Rs.30,000 for tyres and vehicle repair. Quotations will be opened at 12:30 p.m. on the opening date in the presence of the Purchase Committee and available authorized representatives.
