Procurement Of Miscellaneous Supplies Repair And Printing Se Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of hot and cold items, POL lubricants, stationery, printing and publication, computer stationery, miscellaneous stores, Muharram duty funds, transport repair, machinery repair and furniture repair for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System using Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure on an item-wise basis. Eligible firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers and authorized dealers registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities may participate. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically by uploading complete bid documents. Original bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost for each item shall be submitted before the bid submission deadline in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Technical samples or brochures where required are mandatory. Bid opening will take place at 11:30 A.M.
