Independence Day Event Arrangements Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of arrangements for the 14 August 2026 event. Tenders are invited from contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Contractors shall possess valid PEC licence, CNIC, PRA registration and NTN. Bid submissions shall be made electronically together with item-wise rates and original earnest money documents. Earnest money equal to 5% of the estimated cost amounting to Rs.230,000 shall be deposited through a scheduled bank. Additional performance security may be required where applicable. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under PPRA Rule 35.
