Prequalification Of Event Management Firms Tender Notice

Description

Prequalification of experienced, technically capable and financially sound event management firms for one year under Rules 16 and 17 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. The integrated scope covers planning and execution of national and international conferences, summits, seminars, official ceremonies, cultural and tourism events, government meetings, public events, foreign-delegation visits, SCO and ECO engagements and comparable high-level official events. Applicants must possess valid Income Tax Registration, Active Taxpayer Status, Sales Tax Registration, Punjab Revenue Authority Registration, Professional Tax Certificate and registration on the Punjab E-Procurement System. Applications must cover the complete integrated scope; partial applications are not accepted. Electronic applications must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System, while applications by hand, courier, post, email or facsimile will not be accepted. The prequalification document contains eligibility requirements, evaluation criteria, application forms, scope of services and terms and conditions. Applicants must satisfy all mandatory eligibility requirements and obtain at least 70 marks out of 100 in technical evaluation. Electronic applications will be opened in the presence of the departmental committee and participating firms representatives. Prequalification remains valid for one year and does not guarantee a contract, purchase order, work order or minimum business value. The department reserves the right to reject applications or cancel the process under applicable procurement rules.
