Food Stationery Transport Printing Framework Tender Notice
Description
Electronic bids on lot-wise basis are invited for grocery and bakery items, fresh meat, vegetables, fruits, ready-made food, office stationery, non-food items, transport parts and printing and publication services. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated lot value shall be submitted in the name of the Section Officer (General), Governor's House, Lahore in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Complete electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System and original bid security shall be submitted before the submission deadline. The procuring agency may increase or decrease quantities and cancel or postpone the procurement process at any stage. Bids will be opened at 11:30 A.M. Pro Tip: This procurement includes grocery supplies, bakery products, fresh food, office stationery, transport parts, printing services and operational supplies through framework procurement.
