Event Management Firm Minority Day Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for hiring an event management firm to organize the Minority Day event including conference and seminar services. Electronic bids are invited from firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers registered with PPRA and relevant tax authorities. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The estimated procurement value is PKR 50,000,000 and bid security is PKR 1,000,000 representing 2% of the estimated cost. Electronic bids shall be uploaded through e-PADS and accompanied by bid security in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Bids will be opened electronically at 11:30 A.M. Bid validity shall remain 120 days. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids before award of contract under PPRA Rules.
