Procurement Of Blood Bank Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of blood bank equipment for Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center Rawalpindi. Electronic bids are invited from eligible firms registered with the income tax and sales tax authorities and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The estimated cost is PKR 13,858,363 and bid security is PKR 277,168. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System without hard copies. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated amount shall be submitted electronically in the prescribed manner. Bid validity shall remain 180 days. Detailed specifications, quantities and evaluation criteria are provided in the bidding documents. Bids will close at 11:00 A.M. and open at 11:30 A.M.
