Framework Contract For Blood Bank Items Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for supply of blood bank items for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System under Punjab Procurement Rules using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Estimated cost is Rs. 957000 and electronic bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost is mandatory through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Separate technical and financial proposals shall be submitted electronically and evaluated according to PPRA Rules.
