Government Vehicles Repair Maintenance Tender Notice
Description
Procurement covers repair and maintenance of government vehicles for the financial year 2026-2027. Sealed tenders are invited from reputed registered firms, dealers, suppliers and contractors in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004. Bidding documents may be obtained from the Accountant, Assistant Commissioner Office during office hours after publication of the notice. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes. A refundable bid security of Rs. 300,000 in the form of a bank draft or pay order from a scheduled bank is mandatory. Contractors must possess their own shop, store or workshop with documentary evidence, maintain adequate supply facilities in Chilas and provide the required services locally. Required documents include bank statements for the last two years, five years' relevant experience, registration certificate, Form C, owner's CNIC, firm's letterhead with address, vendor number, telephone number and an affidavit verified by a Magistrate stating the firm has not been blacklisted. The contract shall be awarded to the most advantageous bidder. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA guidelines.
