Vehicle Maintenance Medicines Medical Gases Supply Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes repair and maintenance of emergency and administrative vehicles - supply of medicines and emergency drugs with related items - refilling of oxygen (O2), carbon dioxide (CO2) and dry chemical powder (DCP) cylinders together with related parts for the financial year 2026-2027. Sealed bids are invited from experienced auto workshops, auto spare part suppliers, medicine distributors and gas refillers. Single stage one envelope procedure shall be adopted. A refundable CDR bid security and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 4,000 are required for each category. Tender documents with BOQ may be obtained from the Accounts Section on written request. Qualified firms' bid security shall remain valid until 30 June 2027. Auto spare part suppliers must specify an existing auto workshop in Skardu. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
