Procurement Of Miscellaneous Goods And Services Tender Notice
Description
Framework contracts for procurement of miscellaneous goods and services including hot and cold beverages, lubricants, entertainment materials, gifts, conference and seminar arrangements, stationery, computer stationery, printing of registers and files, fair and exhibition services, investigation items, dietary items, training aids, tents, tarpaulins, transport items, machinery and equipment, furniture, hardware, software renewal, plant and machinery, beds, boxes and renovation of regional complex building. Bidding shall be conducted through Punjab e-Procurement System using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidders shall submit bids lot wise together with original bid security as specified for each lot and upload the scanned copy with the technical bid. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders shall be opened later. Performance guarantee of 5% shall be required upon award.
