Assorted Dietary Food Items Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply and purchase of assorted dietary food items on monthly requirement basis for trainees mess. Bidding shall be conducted through EPADS using Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Interested suppliers shall download bidding documents after payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000. Sealed bids shall be accompanied by earnest money equal to 2% of the offered bid through Pay Order. Eligible bidders shall be registered with FBR for income tax, sales tax and other applicable taxes. Samples may be required and conditional bids shall not be entertained. Bid opening shall be conducted in the presence of the procurement committee and participating bidders. Pro Tip: The procurement includes food supplies, dietary items, grocery products, mess supplies, catering ingredients and institutional food procurement for regular monthly consumption.
