Facilities Air Force Base Construction Works Tender Notice
Description
Construction works for provision of various facilities at an Air Force Base comprising multiple contracts. Eligible firms shall possess relevant Pakistan Engineering Council registration with Category C-5 or above valid up to June 2027 and experience in construction, electrical, mechanical and plumbing works. Contractors shall submit work orders, completion certificates, personnel details, bank statement, NTN certificate, income tax returns for the last three years and certificate confirming absence of litigation and outstanding inspection reports. Tender documents shall be issued to pre-qualified firms and sealed tenders shall be submitted before the prescribed time and opened on the same day. Non-enlisted firms shall provide refundable bid security of 2%. Pro Tip: The procurement includes civil construction, electrical works, mechanical works, plumbing services, infrastructure development, facility construction and engineering works for qualified PEC registered contractors.
