Hvac Mechanical Works For Building Tender Notice
Description
HVAC and mechanical works for a building including complete mechanical and HVAC installations. Pre-qualified and security cleared mechanical and HVAC contractors shall participate. A pre-bid meeting will be held before submission. Technical bids and financial bids shall be submitted separately according to the specified schedule. A fixed bid security of Rs. 0.6 Million in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee shall accompany the bid. Two copies of the BOQ shall be submitted in sealed envelopes. Incomplete proposals shall be treated as non-responsive and bids submitted by post, courier or telegraph shall not be accepted. Tender Evaluation Committee may require analysis of quoted rates. Pro Tip: The project includes HVAC systems, mechanical engineering services, air conditioning equipment, ventilation installations, mechanical building services and associated engineering works.
