Prequalification of firms and contractors for HVAC plant room modification works at Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center Lahore. Applications shall be submitted through Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Prequalification documents are available free of cost through the PKLI website and Punjab e-Procurement System. Electronic applications shall be submitted by 2026-08-12 at 11:00 AM and opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-07-23 at 11:00 AM. Bid validity is 180 days. Hard copies are not required.
