Three Complete Mailing Machines Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement covers three complete mailing machines through International Competitive Bidding. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure while manual bids are not acceptable. Original bid security must be submitted before the specified deadline. National or local firms must possess valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration and be on the Active Taxpayer List of the Federal Board of Revenue. A pre-bid meeting was scheduled on 30 June 2026 at 11:00 AM PST with online participation also permitted. Bid opening is scheduled at 11:30 AM. Bid security of PKR 3,000,000.00 is required and bids shall remain valid for 180 days.
