Catering Food Supply Services Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for supply of food items including Tea, Hi-Tea, Lunch, Dinner, Breakfast and catering services for training programs during the year 2026-27. Eligible firms registered with Punjab Food Authority, Punjab Revenue Authority and Income Tax Department may participate. Technical proposals and financial proposals shall be evaluated separately and only technically qualified firms shall have their financial bids opened. Bid security of Rs. 140000 is required. Incomplete, unsealed, unsigned or unstamped bids shall not be considered. Technical bids shall be opened at 01:00 PM on the submission date. Pro Tip: This procurement covers catering services, institutional food supply, meal services, refreshments, training catering, conference food arrangements and hospitality services under a framework contract.
