Framework Contract For Medicines And Hospital Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Procurement through framework agreement for medicines under LP, Zakat and Sehat Sahulat, medical gases, laboratory chemicals and laboratory items, stationery, bedding, clothing, contingency items and other hospital supplies for the financial year 2026-27. Bidding shall be conducted through the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure using EPADS under National Competitive Bidding. Eligible manufacturers, importers, authorized agents and general order suppliers shall upload a single scanned PDF bid through EPADS. Original irrevocable bid security in favour of the Medical Superintendent shall be submitted in a sealed envelope at the time of bid opening. Bids offering competitive rates only shall be accepted as negotiations are not permitted. Bids will be opened on the same day after submission in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
