Description
Procurement of transportation charges for SCPs, stationery, feeding diet food for SCPs, miscellaneous supplies, transport services and arrangements for the Shandoor Polo Festival for the financial year 2026-2027. Sealed tenders are invited from registered government firms, dealers, suppliers and contractors in accordance with GB PPRA Rules. Bidders shall submit sealed tenders accompanied by refundable bid security of five percent of the total bid for most categories and PKR 100,000 for the Shandoor Polo Festival category. Eligible bidders must possess relevant experience, registration certificates, vendor number, complete operational setup and attach documentary evidence with the bids. Bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Applicable taxes shall be included in quoted prices and conditional or incomplete bids shall not be accepted.
