Construction Of Police Stations And Official Residence Tender Notice

Construction works under three schemes are invited through electronic tendering using item rates and total bid cost as specified in the approved DNIT. The first scheme concerns construction of a police station or police post at Smart Police Station, Budhla Sant, Sub-Division I, District Multan, under ADP No. 3070/2026-27, with estimated cost of Rs. 79,770,000, bid security of Rs. 3,988,500 at 5 percent and completion period of 24 months. The second scheme concerns shifting of utilities, a parking shed and provision of a 5-cusec turbine with lowering and boring and WAPDA electrification work at Children Hospital and ICH Multan under the project for extension of child healthcare facilities in Southern Punjab and pediatric specialties services, with estimated cost of Rs. 16,584,000, bid security of Rs. 829,200 and completion period of six months. The third scheme concerns construction of an official residence for an Assistant Commissioner at Tehsil City Multan under ADP No. 3466/2026-27, with estimated cost of Rs. 44,911,239, bid security of Rs. 2,245,562 and completion period of 24 months. Bidding follows the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure under PPRA Rule 38(1). Contractors must be enlisted or renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council for financial year 2026-27 in the relevant category and specification code and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 5 percent of estimated cost must be submitted electronically through the prescribed system; physical CDRs are not accepted. Item rates and total amounts must be quoted online against each bill of quantities item, with an accurate grand total. Bids with arithmetical errors or rates contrary to the approved or estimated cost as described in the notice may be declared non-responsive. The lowest evaluated bidder must submit performance security equal to 10 percent of the bid amount within 15 days of receipt of notice, through the prescribed mode, valid for three months beyond the completion or extended completion period. Manual bids are not accepted. Bids will be opened in the office of the Commissioner Multan Division, Multan. The procuring agency may reject bids under PPRA Rule 35.
