Addition - alteration and improvement works at Government Officers Residence GOR-VI on Ferozepur Road, Lahore, specifically Residence No. B-35, with an estimated cost of PKR 8 million and earnest money of PKR 400,000 representing 5% of the estimated cost. Eligible contractors and firms must be enlisted or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council for the current financial year in the relevant category and specialization code and must provide the original PEC licence showing the required code. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-procurement system under the prescribed item-rate bidding procedure. Complete bids must be uploaded by 3 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and will open on the same date at 11:30 AM. Bid security must be deposited electronically through the prescribed 1Link or online bank transfer process using a PSID generated by the e-procurement system. Physical CDRs are not accepted. The successful bidder must furnish a performance guarantee of 10% of the bid amount.
