Rehabilitation Of Official Residence At Rehman Pura Tender Notice
Description
Rehabilitation of an official residence at Rehman Pura through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The estimated cost is Rs. 2,820,067 and digital bid security is 3% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 84,610. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Eligible contractors, firms or companies must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System, hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council license in Category C-6 or above with the required specialization, and be registered with FBR and PRA with active filer NTN and PNTN. Bids must be submitted electronically and hard copies, telegraphic bids and postal bids will not be accepted. The digital bid security must be verifiable on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must quote rates against each entry or item of the DNIT or BOQ, and percentage-based quotations against the estimated cost will be rejected. Bids are valid for 120 days.
