Description
Maintenance and repair works to the residence of the Additional Deputy Commissioner (Municipal Services) at Faisalabad on item rates basis. Eligible engineering firms and contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category or codes and hold a valid renewed PEC licence for Financial Year 2026-27. Contractors must also be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System, with physical bid securities not accepted. The estimated price is Rs.2.500 million and earnest money is Rs.0.125 million. Successful bidders must furnish a 10% performance guarantee of the contract amount within 15 days, valid for three months beyond completion or extended completion time. Item rates, item amounts and grand total must be quoted, percentage-based bids are not accepted, and complete DNIT/BOQ and rate analysis, summary and sub-summary entries are mandatory. Relevant terminology includes building maintenance, residential repair, special repair, municipal services residence, civil works, DNIT, BOQ and item-rate construction works.
