Annual Operation Maintenance Civil Water Supply Works Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of annual operation and maintenance civil works for Public Health Engineering Sub Divisions Matta-I, Matta-II and Khwazakhela including repair, maintenance and associated civil works for public water supply infrastructure. Bidding shall be conducted through the EPADS Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure. Eligible contractors must be registered on EPADS and possess active KPRA registration. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS while bid security, additional security where applicable and detailed rate analysis for bids quoted more than 20 percent below the Engineer's Estimate shall be submitted in a sealed envelope before bid closing. A non-refundable bidding entry fee equal to 0.03 percent of the estimated cost in the form of call deposit is mandatory. Earnest money ranges from PKR 109,000 to PKR 119,000 depending upon the package. Bids will be opened on the same day after submission.
