Infrastructure Improvement Street Lighting Beautification Works Tender Notice

Description

Procurement of infrastructure improvement and beautification works including improvement and up-gradation of PCC roads, streets and allied works, installation and up-gradation of road and street lights, safety and security systems, green spaces, monuments and waiting areas in various union councils and surrounding areas of Tehsil Babozai, Barikot and Kabal, District Swat under the provincial development project. Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure via EPADS. Eligible government contractors must be registered with PEC, KPRA, possess active NTN registration with FBR, be enlisted with C&W Department for the current financial year and possess the relevant PEC specialized codes where applicable. Technical and financial bids shall be uploaded electronically through EPADS, while the original sealed financial proposal containing the uploaded bid security shall also be submitted physically through registered courier before the closing time. Technical bids will be opened first and financial bids will be opened only for technically qualified firms achieving the minimum qualifying score. Bid securities are required at two percent of the estimated cost ranging from PKR 300,000 to PKR 1,000,000 depending upon the work package. Electronic bids will open at 01:30 PM after submission closes, financial bid opening will be announced after technical evaluation, bids shall remain valid for 120 days, online clarification is available until 04:00 PM on 04 August 2026 and all applicable KP-PPRA rules, taxes and bidding conditions shall apply.
