Stationery Items Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of stationery items for the financial year 2026-2027. Eligible firms and companies must possess valid and active NTN and Sales Tax Registration, be registered on EPADS Version 2.0, appear on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR and provide all required registration and bank account details. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope method using Quality and Cost Based Selection in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bid security in the prescribed form including Pay Order, Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Bid Securing Declaration where permitted is mandatory. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS only and opened at 11:30 AM on the bid opening day. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Pro Tip: This procurement covers office stationery, writing materials, office supplies, paper products, administrative stationery and institutional office consumables.
