Vendor Prequalification Medicines Surgical Disposables Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification and walk-in registration of vendors for local purchase of medicines, surgical disposables and related healthcare items on a day-to-day basis through the PITB online portal for the financial year 2026-2027. Eligible firms must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and participate through the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bid security of PKR 50,000 in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Bank Draft or Pay Order issued from the company official account is mandatory. Procurement shall be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. In case of a public holiday, the next working day shall be treated as the submission and opening date.
