Government Teaching Hospital Shahdara Lahore invites online bids for financial year 2026-2027 for seven procurement categories: bulk purchase of dialysis items; retender of bulk purchase of medicines, surgical disposable items, laboratory kits and reagents; bulk purchase of dental items and materials; bulk purchase of digital X-ray film; prequalification of vendors for local purchase of medicines and surgical disposable items on a day-to-day basis; purchase of general store items; and annual contract for repair and maintenance of hospital laundry machines and dryers. Bid security in the form of CDR equal to 2% of the estimated price is required for each tender. The single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure applies under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Online bids must be submitted by the specified closing time, and bids may also be dropped in the tender box by the deadline. Late submissions and bids sent by post will not be entertained. Technical proposals will be opened by the purchase committee in the hospital conference room in the presence of bidders or authorized agents. The procurement agency reserves the right to reject bids before acceptance. Dialysis items, medicines, surgical disposables, laboratory kits and reagents, dental supplies and digital X-ray film close on 10 November 2026 at 10:00 AM, with technical openings scheduled at 10:30 AM, 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM respectively. General store items, local purchase vendor prequalification and laundry machine maintenance close on 11 November 2026 at 10:00 AM, with openings scheduled at 10:30 AM, 11:00 AM, 11:30 AM and 12:00 noon respectively.
