Prequalification Pharmacies Medicines Surgical Disposables Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification and walk-in registration of pharmacies for local purchase of medicines and surgical disposables on a day-to-day basis through the PITB online portal. Eligible pharmacies must possess a valid Drug Sales License issued on Form 9 by the Licensing Authority. Sealed bids shall be submitted physically in the prescribed manner. Bid security of PKR 50,000 in the form of Call Deposit Receipt is mandatory. Bids must be properly bound, page numbered and signed on every page. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid opening will take place at 11:30 AM on the scheduled date.
