Vehicle Parts Relief Items Air Transport Miscellaneous Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Framework procurement for vehicle repair services, supply of vehicle spare parts for regular and IS vehicles, procurement of relief items and disaster prevention supplies, air transportation and freight services, and miscellaneous items for the Office of the Divisional Commissioner Gilgit for the financial year 2026-2027. Eligible authorized distributors, suppliers and reputable firms shall participate through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using a 70:30 technical and financial evaluation formula. Bidders must obtain at least 60% marks in the technical evaluation to qualify. Bid security in the form of Demand Draft or Pay Order issued by a scheduled bank in favour of the Commissioner Gilgit Division is mandatory. An affidavit on stamp paper confirming that the bidder has not been blacklisted by any government, semi-government organization or GBPPRA under GBPPRA Rules 2022 must accompany the bid. Successful bidders shall supply the required goods and services up to 30 June 2027.
