Independence Day Musical Night Event Arrangements Tender Notice
Description
Arrangement regarding conduct of Musical Night on the eve of Independence Day 14 August 2026 on item rate basis with an estimated cost of PKR 2,900,000 and earnest money equal to 5% amounting to PKR 145,000. Procurement shall be conducted through the PPRA e-Tendering System. Eligible contractors shall be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and Punjab e-Procurement System. Earnest money in the form of CDR or Pay Order shall be uploaded electronically and the original submitted before bid opening. Bids will be opened on 2026-08-03 at 02:00 PM. The procuring agency may reject bids under PPRA Rule 35.
