Independence Day Celebration Event Management Services Tender Notice
Description
Arrangement for celebration of Independence Day 14 August 2026 including canopies, carpets, tents, chairs, sound system, water tubs, glasses, jugs, iron tables, pedestal fans, sofa sets, search lights, dhol party, fireworks, lighting works, panaflex printing, flags, badges, mineral water, refreshments, tissue papers, invitation cards, bouquets, tea, ice blocks and limestone on rental and supply basis. Procurement shall be conducted through PPRA e-Tendering System. Eligible contractors shall be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and Punjab e-Procurement System. Estimated cost is PKR 4,100,000 with earnest money of 5% amounting to PKR 205,000. Earnest money shall be uploaded electronically with original submitted before bid opening. Bids will be opened on 2026-08-03 at 01:30 PM.
