Framework Contract Lubricants Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of lubricants (Head A03807 - POL Charges) for Punjab Highway Patrol Sargodha Region during the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System using Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Estimated procurement value is PKR 10,000,000 with bid security of PKR 200,000. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 2026-08-03 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM. Successful bidder shall furnish a Performance Guarantee equal to 5% of the contract value. Pro Tip: This procurement includes engine oil, lubricants, grease, automotive oils, vehicle maintenance consumables and petroleum lubricant products.
