Security Services Sports Facilities Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Provision of security services including unarmed security guards (male and female), armed security guards (male) and one security supervisor under a framework contract on package-wise basis. Companies registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, relevant registration authorities and tax authorities are eligible. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial proposals must be uploaded online. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost amounting to Rs. 360,000 in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order is mandatory. Technical proposals will be opened on 03rd August 2026 at 12:15 PM. Bidders must fulfill all mandatory requirements and obtain the qualifying score specified in the bidding documents.
