Procurement of different kinds of Sports Garments and Sports Material through Punjab E-Procurement System. Lot 01 Sports Garments comprises Track Suits - Shirts with Collar - Bunyan Vests without Arms - Shirts V-Neck - Shorts/Nickers - Sports Socks - Blazers for Team Managers - Taekwondo protective equipment including Head Guards, Hogu/Chest Protectors, Shin Guards, Forearm Guards, Groin Guards and Mouth Guards - Shin Pads for Hockey. Lot 02 Sports Material comprises Football - Tennis Balls - Hand Balls - Basketballs - Cricket Balls - Net Balls - Futsal Balls - Throw Balls - Shuttle Cocks - Deep Heat Spray. Total estimated amount for Lot 01 is Rs.15,14,180 with 5% CDR of Rs.75,709, while Lot 02 has estimated amount of Rs.2,98,280 with 5% CDR of Rs.14,914. Tenders are invited from Income Tax and Sales Tax registered firms. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure under PPRA Rules. Participation through Punjab E-Procurement System is compulsory and technical and financial bids must be submitted online; hard copies are not accepted. The last date for submission is 19 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date. Rates shall be evaluated and compared lot wise, remain valid for 120 days from the last submission date, and must include all applicable taxes on F.O.R. basis. Bid security of 5% must be transferred online through Punjab E-Procurement System in collaboration with Bank of Punjab. If the submission date is a public holiday, the next working day shall apply.
