Description
Procurement under framework contract for Financial Year 2026-2027 including Local Purchase of Medicines - Surgical and Disposable Items for day to day, emergency and bulk requirements - Dialysis medicines - Surgical and Consumable Items - Miscellaneous Items. Bidding shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Separate bidding documents are required for each lot. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS and accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft or Banker's Cheque valid for 180 days. Original CDR must be submitted before the closing date and time. Technical and financial bids shall be opened on the scheduled opening time. Only eligible, experienced Income Tax, GST and PST filer registered partnerships, sole proprietors, firms and companies may participate. Active NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates are mandatory. Applicable operational guidelines for local purchase of medicines and medical devices and notified indicative market rates shall apply. Incomplete, conditional, unsigned, unreadable, corrupted, overwritten or doubtful bids shall be rejected.
