Framework Contract For Police Operational Supplies And Maint Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for Financial Year 2026-2027 covering office stationery, computer stationery, printing and publications, sports items, hot and cold items, tents and tarpaulins, beds and boxes, miscellaneous items, other stores, road safety campaign materials, electronic communication equipment, hardware and information technology equipment, transport repair and maintenance, tyres, batteries, filters, lubricants, plant and machinery, furniture and fixture purchase and repair, and repair and maintenance of buildings. Procurement shall be conducted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Electronic bids shall be accompanied by original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost. Successful bidders shall submit a 5% performance guarantee. Bid validity shall remain until the close of Financial Year 2026-2027.
