Prequalification Of Contractors For Police Repair And Fortif Tender Notice
Description
Electronic sealed bids are invited through EPADS for prequalification of contractors for special and petty repair and fortification works at police stations, police posts and police offices in District Khyber for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible contractors and firms must have active KPRA registration, relevant Pakistan Engineering Council registration, updated enlistment with the Communication and Works Department and the required PEC Category C-4 or above. Technical bids shall be submitted through EPADS along with original hard copies sent by registered courier in sealed envelopes. Bidders must submit both electronic and hard copy bids, otherwise the bids shall be treated as non-responsive. Technical evaluation shall be carried out as per the evaluation criteria contained in the bidding documents and financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened after approval of technical qualification. Bids received by hand, fax, telephone or email shall not be accepted. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids under KPPRA Rule 47.
