Public Infrastructure Construction Improvement Works Tender Notice

Construction and improvement works including installation of MS boards for the Clean and Green Campaign, construction of PCC, drainage and nullah, indoor cricket arena, padel court, improvement of Sutlej Railway Park and refurbishment of the Administrator Office. Eligible contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council may participate. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using Open Competitive Bidding with Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR along with PEC registration certificate shall be submitted before bid closing. Electronic bids shall be uploaded by 09:30 AM and opened at 11:30 AM. Additional performance security shall apply where required under Punjab Local Government Works Rules 2017. Pro Tip: This procurement covers civil works, drainage construction, sports infrastructure, park improvement, office refurbishment, public infrastructure development and municipal construction projects.
