Independence Day Flags Lighting Event Decorations Tender Notice
Description
Providing and fixing flags, lighting and other works for Independence Day celebrations on buildings, chowks, parks and roads. Eligible contractors and firms registered with Punjab E-Procurement System, FBR, PRA, PPRA and relevant authorities may participate. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order shall be submitted and the original instrument delivered before the bid submission deadline. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 10:30 AM and opened at 11:00 AM. Performance security shall apply where required under PPRA rules. Bid validity shall remain 120 days.
