Vehicle Spare Parts Supply Maintenance Services Tender Notice
Description
Provision of repair and maintenance services and supply of spare parts for two wheel and four wheel vehicles for the financial year 2026-2027. Sealed bids are invited from reputed registered government firms, dealers, suppliers and contractors. Bidding documents are available against a non-refundable fee of Rs. 6000 and bids shall be submitted with a bid security of Rs. 500000 in the form of a bank draft or pay order from a scheduled bank. Only registered firms having their own workshop or shop in Gilgit-Baltistan, adequate technical staff, documentary evidence of experience, bank statement for the last one year, minimum five years relevant experience and registration certificate are eligible. Rates shall include all applicable taxes. Conditional, ambiguous and incomplete bids shall not be accepted. Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The tender committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 36 of GB PPRA Rules 2022. Bidding documents may be obtained from the office up to one day before bid opening.
