Government Transport Vehicle Repair Services Tender Notice
Description
Provision of repair and maintenance services for official government transport vehicles for the financial year 2026-2027. Sealed bids are invited from registered government contractors, general order suppliers and vehicle workshop owners. Bids shall be submitted by the specified closing time and will be opened in the presence of bidders on the same day. Bidding documents and detailed list of required items may be obtained from the office during working hours one day before bid opening. A refundable bid security equal to 5% of the quoted value shall be submitted through bank draft. A non-refundable tender document fee of Rs. 4000 shall be deposited into the Government Treasury. Bidders must have a vehicle repair shop in Gupis and provide details of workshops or mechanics located in Gahkuch and Gilgit. The successful bidder shall ensure timely supply of services, failing which the order may be awarded to the next lowest bidder. Supplies and services shall be provided at the office as required throughout the financial year subject to budget availability. The tender committee decision shall be final and the procuring agency reserves the right to reject one or all bids in accordance with PPRA Rules.
