Vehicle Repair Maintenance Spare Parts Supply Tender Notice
Description
Provision of repair and maintenance services and supply of spare parts for official four wheel and two wheel vehicles for the financial year 2026-2027. Eligible bidders must be well reputed, financially sound and registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments. Bids shall be submitted under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with Clause 39(b) of GB PPRA Rules 2022. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted in separate sealed envelopes. The technical proposal shall include bidding documents, earnest money, sales tax certificate and income tax certificate. Financial proposals shall contain item rates in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all taxes, duties and charges. Technical bids will be opened first in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives while financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened after technical evaluation. The lowest technically qualified bidder will be considered for award. Successful bidder shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract value in the form of call deposit or bank guarantee. Bid security of Rs. 200000 in the form of call deposit from a scheduled bank is mandatory. Bidding documents may be obtained upon written request with a non-refundable fee of Rs. 4000.
