Medicines Framework Contract Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of medicines under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. Electronic bids are invited from eligible firms, companies, sole proprietorships, and general order suppliers registered with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority and relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. Bidding shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. The estimated procurement value is PKR 9.883 million with a bid security of 5% amounting to PKR 0.49 million in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order issued by the Bank of Punjab. Bids will be submitted electronically and opened at 12:30 PM on the submission date. Bid validity shall remain 120 days.
