Bulk Medical Stores Items Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of medical stores for the period from 1 September 2026 to 30 June 2027 including drugs infusions - surgical dressings and disposables - laboratory items - dental items and other medical supplies. Sealed bids are invited from government authorized manufacturers, suppliers, importers, distributors, and firms registered with Income Tax and GST authorities. Tender documents containing specifications, eligibility criteria, terms and conditions, and item lists are available against a tender fee of Rs. 1,000. Bid security equal to 2.5% of the total quoted value in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order valid for six months must accompany the financial proposal. Conditional bids shall not be entertained and bid validity shall remain 120 days. Bids will be opened at 10:00 AM on the submission date in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
