Procurement Lubricants Grease Tender Notice
Description
The procurement covers a framework contract for supply of lubricants and grease for operational vehicles and machinery. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under the least cost method. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-07-30 at 11:00 AM. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 2026-08-08 at 11:00 AM and technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM. Bid security of PKR 418,000 representing 3% of the estimated cost of PKR 13,929,094 is required. Pro Tip: This procurement includes engine oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, industrial lubricants, automotive lubricants, grease products, maintenance fluids and fleet maintenance consumables.
