Support Staff Janitorial Services Framework Tender Notice
Description
Separate bids are invited under a framework agreement for procurement of support staff and janitorial staff services including drivers, office boys, dak runners, receptionists, telephone operators, junior computer operators and janitorial staff. Procurement shall be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Estimated cost is Rs.23,800,000 with fixed bid security of Rs.714,000. Bids must be accompanied by the prescribed bid security and Income Tax, Sales Tax and other required documents. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.
