Event Management Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Lahore invites bids for a framework contract for event management and arrangements for prize distribution ceremonies honoring SSC and HSSC first annual examination position holder students for a period of two years. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Estimated cost is PKR 90,000,000. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost amounting to PKR 4,500,000 is required and successful bidders shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract amount. Bid security shall be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System.
