Railway Feasibility Study Consultancy Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of consultancy services for preparation of the feasibility study of the Peshawar Valley Railway Project covering the Peshawar, Nowshera and Jehangira section under the relevant ADP scheme. Selection shall be conducted using the Quality and Cost Based Selection method. Consultancy firms with relevant experience in feasibility studies, transport planning and railway engineering and active registration with PEC, FBR and KPRA shall submit technical and financial proposals electronically through EPADS under National Competitive Bidding. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 29/07/2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical proposals will be opened at 02:30 PM on the closing date.
